Hotel Kronos

In my opinion, the food is not diverse, it's the same every day, mainly meat. The breakfasts were the best. There weren't many local dishes or fruits in the hotel, the apples were hard and tasteless. I bought nectarines and bananas in the supermarket and they were delicious, it's a pity that everything in the hotel was of poor quality. The coffee was unfortunately instant. All inclusive drinks, e.g. wine with cola or sparkling water, ouzo with cola, brandy with cola or juice, beer with cola, served in plastic cups, I don't know why. According to the sign, it's for the pool area (safety reasons?), but if I pay for a drink, I can drink it from a glass by the pool. The rooms are nice, clean, have a large balcony, but it's a pity that there are no mosquito nets. There is air conditioning though. I recommend taking some mosquito repellent with you, because there are a lot of them in the hotel, especially during dinner, you can't eat in peace. As for the service, sometimes you feel like an intruder, sometimes the opposite. It was very unpleasant to be asked to leave the pool "due to rain" when it wasn't raining, it was just cloudy. The hotel lunchbox is a sandwich with cheese and ham, chips, water and an apple. The day before, I asked for a meatless lunch at the reception, but my request was ignored and I was given a sandwich with ham. The holiday was successful because Platamonas is a nice town with beautiful views, but I would not return to the same hotel.

Got to spend a holiday with my family in hotel Kronos. Rooms were very very nice, clean and also had big balcony (!) Staff was always helpful, smiling, and really welcoming. Food was also a +, a lot to choose everyday. I do not eat meat although I had plenty of things to choose from. Always something local, as well as things from other regions of Europe - even someone picky would find something good for themselves. Greetings for the restaurant and bar team! :) Hotel is very close to the centre of the town but it was in a quiet area. One of things that convinced me to go to this hotel was a lot of good reviews and feel like I need to leave one as well. Recommend 100%

For me it was the most unfortunate choice of the holiday in Greece. The location is new and quite clean. The rooms are excessively small. Crowded pool. Parking space, only if you're lucky. Breakfast quite modest. The air conditioning jet is directed towards the bed. You have the choice to sleep with the door open or to endure the cold air jet towards you. Although I had paid cash for two days, I asked to give up one day with the payment of a commission. The owner categorically refused, explaining that she is just a simple receptionist. He also said that if it doesn't suit me, I can go to the police. The next day the owners passed by us without saying hello. Also, when the room was cleaned, they did not change the towels or linen. I think the owners should take a public relations course. I am convinced that profit is very important for them, but the comfort of the customers is equally important. It is obvious that I will avoid this location, mainly due to the attitude of the owners and obviously I cannot recommend anyone to spend a day here.

We opted for the 2 bedroom apartment which was clean and very spacious. The service at the hotel was exceptional. Starting from the manager to the cleaning staff, everyone was very friendly. Special mention and thanks to the hotel's manager, Mr Sakis Chamorousos and Christina Triantafillou for being very understanding and doing their best to accommodate us even when plans had to change last minute. Our children loved the swimming pool – we loved the pebble beach (just 100m from the hotel). We'll be definitely going there again.

Exceptionally clean rooms, the water in pool is also very clean. Very friendly staff, always smiling. If you need any info they are ready to help you out. Breakfast was good, every day a selection of buffet, cereals, yogurt, pie and different types of omlette daily. The food is good, they also have a "a la carte" menu. Location to nearest beach for sunbathing is 10 minutes away by foot. Location to center is 3 minutes away. Parking is not a problem. You can park in their parking or in the back of the hotel down the street. We had a great time staying here.

This was our second stay in this hotel. Hotel is well maintained, at the beginning of Platamon, which means it is close to everything but in a quite place. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Towels are changed every day, sheets every 2-3 days. Food is, true, more or less similar every day, but very various and tasty. I am sure everybody will find something. Staff is friendly and helpful. Nice sandy beach is 5-6min by foot, while plebes beach is 2 min from hotel. If we deciede to come back to Platamon, we will probably choose this hotel again.
